Bodywork Practitioner & Yoga Instructor
Become Aware Of Yourself To Improve Your Health
We live in a fast-paced world with constant demands on our time; continually plugged into our cell phones, dealing with a hectic job, a chaotic home life, bills to worry about, and signs of stress began to appear.
Stress is a major problem for many people and long-term exposure to stress can lead to health problems such as chronic muscle tension, weakened immune system, and increased blood pressure. These problems can eventually lead to more serious illnesses.
One of the best things we can do for our health is allowing ourselves to relax body and mind to become more aware of yourself, and this is where Thai Yoga Bodywork can help.

Who is Jun Iwatsuka? And...
How Can She Help Me?
Based in New York—Jun offers individualized bodywork to the needs and wants of each client, with a strong emphasis on greater Yoga Tradition, as well as Ayurvedic Principles. Originally from Japan, where she was taught the philosophy of “Metta”—loving kindness through Buddhist culture—her work is always from the heart, and each receiver of her Thai Yoga Bodywork will feel the power of loving kindness through her compassionate touch.
From her own experience of improving her ability to handle the stress of urban living and chronic pain from a herniated lumbar disc, she believes, strongly, in the beautiful healing art forms of Thai Massage, Yoga, Reiki, and she continues to study to find more ways to help people.
THAI YOGA BODYWORK
Assisted Yoga With A Compassionate Touch
To Improve Physical Well-Being And Spiritual Energy
Jun Thai Yoga Bodywork is a discipline that fuses the practice of Yoga with a compassionate touch. It is a guided type of yoga where the practitioner moves the client's body gently, into ideal yoga postures and synchronized to calm, beautiful music while palming and thumbing along the body's energy lines and pressure points. Sessions typically end with gentle massage of the neck, head, and face, in tandem with the use of aroma oils.
Jun Thai Yoga Bodywork can help to relieve muscular tension, increases circulation and flexibility. And it reduces stress and creates a feeling of deep relaxation to improve physical well-being and spiritual energy.

Thai Yoga Bodywork with Jun
“I've suffered, for many years, with pain in my shoulder—for which, even my physical therapist couldn't seem to resolve, nor reduce. So, on a whim, I tried Jun's Thai Yoga Bodywork session. Instantly, I felt improvement through reduced pain and increased mobility.”
